1. Insufficient shear force: Please check and adjust the rotational speed and homogenization time of the equipment to ensure the required shear force is achieved. For high-viscosity materials, appropriate heating can be applied to reduce viscosity.
2. Homogenizing head wear: Homogenizing head wear can lead to a decrease in shearing efficiency. Please regularly inspect and replace worn homogenizing heads.
3. Insufficient pre-treatment of materials: Ensure that all raw materials are thoroughly pre-mixed before entering the emulsifier. Cases show that adding a pre-mixing step can significantly enhance the emulsification effect.
4. Mismatch of process parameters: Different material properties (such as viscosity and solid content) require different process parameters. Please optimize the Settings according to our operation manual or contact our technicians for targeted debugging.

Q: How to troubleshoot abnormal increase in noise during equipment operation?: A:Abnormal noise usually originates from mechanical components:
Bearing or gear wear: Bearing or gear wear in the stirring system or homogenization system is a common cause. Worn parts need to be inspected and replaced regularly. If the stirring paddle is eccentric or loose during installation: Check whether the stirring paddle is centered and tighten all connecting parts. The wear of the scraper can also cause abnormal noises. Homogenization head jamming: The homogenization head may be jammed by foreign objects. The machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and foreign objects removed.
