Designing PID

Tianfu performs PID design based on the client's URS. The rationality of the PID directly impacts the efficiency, safety, and stability of subsequent equipment production.

Component production

During this period, equipment assembly and production will be carried out in strict accordance with process requirements based on the final confirmed PID.

Acceptance testing

Periodic inspections are conducted during and after production to ensure equipment quality and timeliness.

Officially start production

After setting the recipe, one-click automatic production starts, reducing manual intervention.

If on-site service is required, we will respond within 2 hours and arrange for an engineer to visit as soon as possible, depending on the specific situation and location.

The equipment enjoys one-year free warranty (starting from the date of acceptance) and lifelong maintenance.

We guarantee a long-term supply of original spare parts, and only charge reasonable parts and labor costs after the warranty period.

During equipment installation and commissioning, we will provide on-site training for your operators and maintenance personnel to ensure that they can master daily operations and basic maintenance.
