The water bath type bidirectional stirring gelatinization tank is a major supporting equipment in the production processes such as gelatinization, batching, vacuum, and condensation. It adopts a bidirectional multi-layer diversion stirring form, featuring a compact structure, smooth transmission, and stable performance. It has the advantages of uniform material stirring and accelerated gelatinization. If the heat form adopts water bath hot water circulation heating, it features fast and uniform heating speed, stable temperature control, can reach the optimal gelation temperature, improve the quality of the gelation solution and shorten the gelation time. This equipment is entirely made of stainless steel and features a three-layer structure consisting of an inner tank, a jacket, and an insulation layer. The inner tank is closed and can withstand positive and negative pressure discharge or feeding. The tank is equipped with a thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, stirring system, manhole, sight light, breather and other accessories.
